A client fills out your online form. Then someone in your office types the same name, birthday, address, license number and VIN into a quoting site. Then into another one. Then into your CRM. Each retype takes time and is one more chance for a typo.
ClientClip keeps the client's answers right beside your work, so you copy or fill them instead.

Every answer, one click away
A clean profile with the client, drivers, vehicles, coverage and notes. Every value has a Copy button, plus other common formats websites ask for: a date as 03/14/1988 or 1988-03-14, a name split into first, middle and last.

Check before quoting
Before you start, a short list flags things worth a second look, such as a lapse in coverage, rideshare use, tickets or a missing VIN.

Fill a page in one click
Set up each page once, on a quoting site or another website. After that, fill it for any client. Fields it can't fill are listed for you, and you check and submit the page yourself.

Dropdowns matched once
Your form's answers are matched once to each site's dropdowns, radio buttons and checkboxes. ClientClip suggests the matches and you confirm them.

VIN details
ClientClip looks up each VIN with the free U.S. government (NHTSA) VIN service and shows the year, make, model and trim. If the VIN's year or make doesn't match what the client typed, you'll see a warning.

Send to AgencyZoom
If your office uses AgencyZoom, ClientClip can create a new lead with an opportunity, drivers and vehicles, after you review it. Each person signs in with their own AgencyZoom email and password, or Vertafore SSO.
Today ClientClip reads auto insurance forms on Jotform, and other form types can be added. It was built for insurance agencies first, but the same idea can help with other data entry, like moving form answers into a CRM. If that's what your office needs, tell us.

They answer your online intake form on Jotform. ClientClip adds no steps for them.

Their answers appear beside your work
Open ClientClip's side panel next to the quoting site, CRM or other website you're using, and pick the client.

You copy, fill, check and submit
Copy a value, or click once to fill a page you've set up. You check everything and submit it yourself.

How ClientClip handles client information
Here's what ClientClip does with your clients' information, and what it doesn't.

You submit everything yourself
ClientClip fills in values, but it never submits a quote or a website form and never clicks Next, Save, Submit or Rate. It acts on a page only when you click Set up this page or Fill this page.

No Ares Labs server, no analytics
We have no server that sees client data. ClientClip connects only to Jotform, AgencyZoom and the free NHTSA VIN service, and your browser blocks it from connecting anywhere else. The VIN service receives only the VIN.

Kept in memory, never on disk
ClientClip keeps client details in memory only. It erases them after 12 hours (you can change this), when you close the browser, or right away when you click Clear now.

You approve every AgencyZoom lead
ClientClip creates a lead only after you review it and click Send to AgencyZoom. It never changes or deletes anything already in AgencyZoom, and it never saves your password.
